This is why we offer the industry's only guaranteed delivery! Here's our commitment to you. We will ship any standard ac power source within 24 hours of purchase or we pay the freight! This guarantee covers all our standard models, not just a few selective ones. Many of our competitors will have delivery times of 8 weeks or more!

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase in anyway, we offer a complete and unconditional return of you AC power source. If you are unsatisfied, simply return it within 45 days of its shipment and receive a full refund, exchange, or credit.

As a customer you have the right to expect that your instrument is serviced in a timely fashion and that the work meets your high standards. When your instrument is sent back to APT for service your satisfaction is our top priority.

Our service program offers benefits that a typical calibration house cannot, providing our customers with a comprehensive and positive service experience. With expert technicians who work solely on our power sources you can rest assured that they have the knowledge to service your instrument, whatever the need. APT offers the quickest turn-around time in our industry because we know the strain that an instrument taken out of service can have on your testing schedules. That is why we guarantee our turn-around time and the quality of our work. There is no reason to wait weeks while your instrument is being serviced; our annual calibration and inspection work is guaranteed to be completed in 24 hours and our repair service is guaranteed to be completed in 48 hours, otherwise there is no charge for return shipping.

It is easy to use APT for your service needs. Before returning your instrument you will need to receive an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number from our customer support department. This allows us to expedite the processing of your instrument.

You can contact us for an RMA number at 1-877-322-7693. In order to provide an RMA number we will need the model number and the serial number of any instrument you wish to return. We will also need a shipping address to return your instrument and a billing address for all relevant invoicing. When packaging your instrument for return please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. It is also a good idea to include the RMA number on the packaging list. This will again help expedite processing. Please make sure that each instrument is packaged securely in its own box. If possible you can use the box that was used for original shipment.
